The human rights defender (according to UN resolution 53/144) Sarah Luzia Hassel-Reusing is preparing a charge under criminal law to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Haague for the application of the shock doctrine under the pretext of corona. The charge will deal with measures, which have reached the gravity of a crime against humanity (art. 7 Roman Statute).

Civilians are damaged within the scope of a large-scale and systematic policy in the way of the crimes murder (lit. a), imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law (lit. e), torture (lit. f), persecution (lit. h), and other inhumane acts of similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health (lit. k). The shock measures serve power, ideology, and profit interests of various circles, which are overlapping with each other.

This petition for a stay of action is submitted on behalf of Dr. Sin Hang Lee (“Petitioner”) pursuant to 21 C.F.R. § 10.35 and related and relevant provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act or the Public Health Service Act to request the Commissioner of Food and Drugs (the “Commissioner”) stay the Phase III trials of BNT162b (NCT04368728) to conform with the requests in the “Action Requested” section below.
Because of the compelling need to ensure the safety and efficacy of any COVID-19 vaccine licensed by the FDA, and to allow Petitioner the opportunity to seek emergency judicial relief should the Commissioner deny its Petition, Petitioner respectfully requests that FDA act on the instant Petition by December 11, 2020.

B. ACTION REQUESTED


2. Stay the Phase III trial of BNT162 (NCT04368728) until its study design is amended to provide that:

Before an EUA or unrestricted license is issued for the Pfizer vaccine, or for other vaccines for which PCR results are the primary evidence of infection, all “endpoints” or COVID-19 cases used to determine vaccine efficacy in the Phase 3 or 2/3 trials should have their infection status confirmed by Sanger sequencing, given the high cycle thresholds used in some trials. High cycle thresholds, or Ct values, in RT-qPCR test results have been widely acknowledged to lead to false positives. (2)

All RT-qPCR-positive test results used to categorize patient as “COVID-19 cases” and used to qualify the trial’s endpoints should be verified by Sanger sequencing to confirm that the tested samples in fact contain a unique SARS-CoV-2 genomic RNA. Congruent with FDA requirements for a confirmed diagnosis of human papillomavirus (HPV) using PCR, the sequencing electropherogram must show a minimum of 100 contiguous bases matching the reference sequence with an Expected Value (E Value) <10 -³0

 for the specific SARS-CoV-2 gene sequence based on a BLAST search of the GenBank database (aka NCBI Nucleotide database).

According to the European Commission, the precautionary principle « may be invoked when a phenomenon, product or process may have a dangerous effect, identified by a scientific and objective evaluation, if this evaluation does not allow the risk to be determined with sufficient certainty ».

An extensive scientific literature have been accumulated over the last decades on non-thermal electromagnetic fields (emf) effects. 8 effects, especially, have been extremely well-documented - from attacks on the nervous system, oxydative stress, to excessive calcium signalling for example - from 12 to 35 scientific reviews articles on each specific effect. Each of these effects is produced by the same mechanism of action : voltage-gated action channels.

What about 5G ? We have no biological safety testing of genuine 5G radiation, and for the European Commission « an impact assessment is not considered necessary ». But we have strong suspicions of similar or more severe non-thermal effects of 5G for four different reasons : the extremely high numbers of antennas that is planned ; the very high energy outputs used to ensure penetration ; the strong absorption of 5G by the surface of organisms like insects, birds and trees ; and the extraordinarily high pulsation levels which make non-thermal EMF more biologically active.

This workshop proposes to discuss this new rationale on the application of precautionary principle to 5G radiation.

1992 setzte sich die ÖDP in Baden Württemberg mit diesem Plakat zur Landtagswahl für die ungeborenen Kinder ein und bezog Stellung gegen ein Recht auf Abtreibung.     

Das posten des folgenden Textes brachte mir eine einwöchige Sperrung für Facebookgruppen bis 20.01.18 ein, obwohl ich das nur in recht wenigen Gruppen geteilt habe, die der Abtreibung kritisch gegenüber stehen. Ich protestiere hiermit gegen die willkürliche Zensur bei Facebook und die Abschaffung der Meinungsfreiheit. Gruppen haben Admine und die können solche Dinge bei Bedarf selber Regeln und brauchen keine Bevormundung durch Facebook.

As you may know, the UN Human Rights Committee is currently writing an official interpretation of the right to life. On this occasion, Mr. Ben Achour recommended the systematic abortion of handicapped children as part of the right to life.

This Committee of independent experts, in charge of monitoring the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966) gathered in Geneva on the 1st and 2nd of November 2017, in order to draft its official interpretation of the right to life. This interpretation, entitled General Comment has a great authority on jurisdictions and law makers around the world, for the Committee has afterwards the power to judge States parties with regards to their implementation and respect of the treaty.

The Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of the United Nations officially stated that abortion of children because of a disability violates the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.



While an important pressure takes place to impose the legalisation of eugenic abortion, the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of the United Nations has just declared in an official document that “Laws which explicitly allow for abortion on grounds of impairment violate the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Art,. 4,5,8)”. This Committee further explained that this type of abortion is often based on inaccurate diagnosis and that “even if it is not false, the assessment perpetuates notions of stereotyping disability as incompatible with a good life”.

In this declaration, the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities directly opposes the Human Rights Committee, which has undertaken the reinterpretation of the “right to life” as implying a right to abortion “most notably … when the foetus suffers from fatal impairment”. The Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities asks for the removal of this assessment.

The declaration of the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is very important. It reminds, once again, of the necessity to firmly oppose the eugenic temptation, which relies on disdaining weakness. In 1947 already, the writers of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights had to oppose the attempt aiming at allowing the “prevention of the birth of children mentally handicapped” and children “born from parents suffering from mental illness”. The similarity of these propositions with the Nazi ideology was then denounced.

The ECLJ rejoices in this declaration which goes along with its numerous interventions before the Human Rights Council. The ECLJ will continue to denounce prenatal eugenics as well as late abortions and to reiterate the fact that the rights to life and to care must be guaranteed to every person. https://eclj.org/eugenics/hrc/-leclj-dnonce-leugnisme-comme-un-racisme-scientifique?lng=en

The Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities also took a stand against a so-called “right to euthanasia”, for, according to them, it “perpetuates stereotypes about severely impaired people suffering and being better off dead”. Just like with disabled unborn children…

The ECLJ also submitted a memorandum to the Human Rights Committee in support of the right to life, memorandum which was supported by more than 130,000 persons. Save the night train from Denmark to Europe / Rettet den Nachtzug von Dänemark nach Mitteleuropa

Travelling by train is environmentally friendly, fast and comfortably. In the long distance between the countries of Europe, it is extra important to have alternatives to energy-guzzling air travel. Therefore, it is smart to enter a train in the evening, sleep on the train, and arrive around Europe next morning. The night train is not only a part of the past; the night train is also part of the future of transportation. Whether it's for business travelers, families or cheap travelers.

A short sighted concern has made DSB and DB to stop the night train from the timetable change in December 2014. This must not be allowed without widespread protests. Are you using the night train, or you are supporting environmentally friendly trains as transport - even across national borders - please write in and tell your friends about this petition. It is meaningful to protest.

The night train at the Danish border has direct coaches from Amsterdam/Köln, Prag/Dresden and Frankfurt/Basel.

Ich habe vor, auf Grundlage dieser Petition mein persönliches EU- Wahlkampfflugblatt zu entwerfen zugunsten der ÖDP (EU-Parlament) und der AL (Stadtrat). Eine Seite brauche ich für die Kommunalwahl 2014, eine für EU. Themen. Hier veröffentliche den Wortlaut einer Petition, die notwendige Klarstellungen bei EU- Texten aufzeigt. 2013 habe ich gleichzeitig mit den Unterschriften zur Wahlzulassung über 200 Unterschriften für diese Petition gesammelt. Politiker kündigen die EU- Diktatur an! Die Gewählten haben nichts mehr zu entscheiden und die, die Entscheiden wurden nicht gewählt!

Ein kurzes Video zitiert Politiker. Die Aussagen sind eindeutig, demokratisch gewählte  Regierungen und Parlamente sollen entmachtet werden oder dazu gebracht werden sich selber zu entmachten! Ich habe das Video mitgeschrieben, um den Text Suchmaschinen zu erschließen.
